How do I make my reservation at Carey Beach and when do I pay?

Booking with us is super easy and 100% online! 💻 To secure your spot in the sun, you pay 50% of the total when you book. You can pay the other 50% at your leisure when you arrive, at check-in. It's that simple.

What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?

We know plans sometimes change. 🤷‍♀️ If you cancel more than 21 days before your arrival, we'll refund your deposit (remember, financial costs will be deducted—those are a real pain!). If it's less than 21 days, the deposit is non-refundable. ❌

What forms of payment do they accept at the hotel?

You can choose! We accept card payments 💳 (credit/debit) or cash 💵 upon your arrival.

⏱️ Check-In Check-Out. Your arrival and your departure

What time is check-in and check-out?

Our check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. But I have some great news! 👀 You can arrive at the hotel from 8:30 AM onwards to settle in and start enjoying our facilities. And if you're lucky and your room is ready before 3:00 PM, we'll give it to you right away at no extra charge! 🥳

Can I arrive earlier or leave a little later?

Of course, if availability allows. Ask us on your arrival or departure date and we'll do our best to extend your relaxation time a little longer. 😌

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

Absolutely! All our rooms have air conditioning and a fan 🌬️ so you can sleep like a baby or like royalty... you choose how you want to rest best! ✨

Do the rooms have private bathrooms?

Yes, of course! All our rooms have their own private bathroom with shower 🚿, so you can enjoy your space in total comfort.

Can I cook in my room?

Our rooms don't have a kitchen or stove. 🍳 But that's what we're here for! We have a delicious restaurant with a varied menu 🍽️ that you'll love. Forget about cooking and let us pamper you. 🥰

Is there Wi-Fi to stay connected (or disconnected)?

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi 📶 so you can share your Carey Beach moments or, if you prefer, use it to disconnect from the world! 📵 And if you share your photos and videos, remember to tag us in your posts: @careybeachbaru! 📲

Will towels be available in the room?

Of course! Each room will have a bath towel and a beach towel waiting for you per guest. 🛀⛱️ So just worry about packing your swimsuit (or several!)! 👙

What meals are included in the rates?

Our rates always include a delicious breakfast 🥐☕ to get you started on the right foot. Lunch and dinner are à la carte, and our menu is absolutely mouthwatering! 😋

If I have a special diet, do you have options?

Of course! We have vegetarian and vegan options. 🥦🥕 If you have any allergies or special preferences, please let us know when you make your reservation. And here's a little secret: at Carey Beach, if you're craving a dish that's not on the menu, we'll do our best to make it for you. Your happiness is our main course! 🎉

Is there a bar in the hotel?

Of course! We have a delightful bar 🥂 with refreshing drinks at prices that will make you smile. 😊

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?

We want to maintain a peaceful and harmonious environment for everyone. Therefore, bringing outside alcoholic beverages into our facilities is not permitted 🚫.

Can I bring my pet to Carey Beach?

We love pets 🐶🐱 with all our hearts, we know how special they are and the love they give! But at Carey Beach, we've created a space designed for deep rest and tranquility, and sometimes, some pets can be a little more "expressive" than expected 🐾💬. That's why, for now, we're not accepting pets at our facilities. We hope you understand! 🙏

Can parties be held or music played through speakers?

At Carey Beach, nature provides the party. 🍃 Our atmosphere is one of peace and relaxation, so parties and loudspeakers are not allowed. 🔇 We prefer that you enjoy the sounds of the sea, the wind, and the ocean breeze 🌊. It's the best soundtrack! 🎶

Is there anywhere to park the car in Barú?

Yes! Across from the Barú pier, you'll find a secure, enclosed parking lot 🅿️ where you can leave your vehicle with complete peace of mind. If needed, you can contact Ismael to arrange parking: +57 (311) 672-5904 / +57 (301) 434-4333. 📞

Does the transport to the island have fixed schedules?

No, the transport doesn't have a fixed schedule. But we recommend coordinating your arrival in advance and, if possible, doing so during the day ☀️ for a more comfortable and safer trip.

Can I arrange transportation to other Rosario Islands or Isla Grande?

Of course! If you'd like to explore other islands, you can ask directly at the hotel upon arrival or during your stay. Our team will be happy to help you arrange your transfers with reliable options. 🤝
